Nourish can help you achieve your own specific fitness goals. Nourish Fitness was established by Elliot Stead, a fully qualified Personal Trainer, who has experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds, ages, health conditions and those who have specific training needs.
Elliot can help you to improve your general fitness, lose weight, gain muscle, specific strength training around any sport, manage a medical condition or support you to recover from injury.
A program will be designed specifically for you to fully optimize your own personal goals. The personalised plan will take into account your abilities and current fitness levels, your general health and your working schedule. The program includes individual nutritional advice and weight as well as body measurements can be taken at the start and finish if required.

Nourish Mind and Body was established by Nicola Rose, who has always been passionate about healthy food and optimum nutrition. After graduating with First Class Honours in Public Health Nutrition, she now works for a specialist NHS weight management service and as a guest lecturer for Sheffield Hallam University.
Elliot Stead - Nourish Fitness
Personal Trainer | Nutritional Advisor
Nourish Fitness was established by Elliot Stead, a fully qualified Personal Trainer, who has experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds, ages, health conditions and specifically those who have specific training needs.
From experience, it is often harder to maintain your weight after weight loss than to lose weight and this is where Clinical Hypnotherapy can help.
Nourish provides tools to help overcome habits and cravings, encourage motivation and drive, and increase self-esteem and confidence.
Nourish can also provide sound Nutritional Advice and/or Clinical Hypnotherapy for a wide range of issues.

Our flexible approach and breadth of experience allows us to incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Motivational Interviewing techniques.
We can also provide support for weight loss and appetite control using the HYPNO-BAND (a virtual gastric band).
