About Nourish - Fitness

I have always had an interest in keeping fit and being healthy.  Over the years my interest for health and fitness has continually grown to point where it became my real passion and I decided to study to become a fully qualified Personal Trainer.  Once qualified, I worked as a freelance Personal Trainer at Why Weight Sheffield for several years.  Why Weight Sheffield won the contract for weight management in Sheffield for both children and adults who are overweight or obese.  I worked alongside highly qualified health professionals who all worked together to help clients reduce their weight and improve their fitness.  During my time at Why Weight I worked with both children and adults helping and encouraging them to improve their fitness levels, eat a balanced diet and also to enjoy physical activity and understand the health benefits it brings.  I have now built up a client base whom I train either at Hathersage gym, their home or place of work and tailor individual programmes for them to suit their requirements taking into consideration their age, levels of current fitness and their particular goals.

I have experienced first hand the benefits of quality-structured training and nutrition and am now passionate about helping others experience this too.
