Nourish Fitness


Nourish can help you achieve your own specific fitness goals. Nourish Fitness was established by Elliot Stead, a fully qualified Personal Trainer, who has experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds, ages, health conditions and those who have specific training needs.

Elliot can help you to improve your general fitness, lose weight, gain muscle, specific strength training around any sport, manage a medical condition or support you to recover from injury. 

A program will be designed specifically for you to fully optimize your own personal goals.  The personalised plan will take into account your abilities and current fitness levels, your general health and your working schedule.  Elliot can provide a programme for you to follow in the gym or he can also come to your home.  

Elliot believes that no matter how old you are or what your current level of fitness or experience in training is, you can always achieve progression and improve your fitness and therefore your health.

Elliot offers a free 30 minute no obligation consultation session where you can discuss your needs and if you decide to go ahead Elliot will then devise a personalised plan for you.  These sessions can take place at Hathersage gym or at your home or place of work.

Venues


Personal Training can be carried out in either at your home,

a local park, your workplace, or at Hope Valley Health Club

at Hathersage.

One to one Training Sessions


The most effective way to achieve your health & fitness goals.
A program will be designed that is safe, effective and specifically

tailored to your own individual needs. Sessions generally last 

between 45 minutes to an hour but shorter sessions can

be arranged. You can choose how often your one to one sessions are.

Training with friends


Have you considered asking a group of friends to train together? Training alongside a small group is the perfect solution for people looking for the benefits of one-on-one training at a more affordable price.  

 

This is ideal for groups of 2 to 3 individuals with similar levels of fitness levels and fitness goals.

Special Event Packages


If you have a special event approaching whether it be a wedding, holiday or other special occasion, this package is ideal for you.


This is a 12 week program and requires 2 or 3 x 1hr one-on-one personal training sessions per week with nutritional advice to compliment your workouts.

You may want to book a set number of sessions in over a time period to suit your needs, or you may prefer to book sessions in as and when you require them at shorter notice.  A discount price will be available for when at least 10 sessions are booked in advance.  You may prefer to have monthly sessions planned for you to follow on your own and book a monthly session for this to be updated.  It really is up to you – a personalised plan can be developed to suit your requirements and needs.  Remember we offer a free 30 minute no obligation consultation where you can discuss your requirements and prices so you can decide if Nourish is right for you. 

Injury Rehabilitation


One to one training will help you regain your full fitness or improve daily activity levels, following an injury or when recovering from surgery. This will include advice on how to prevent future re-injury.
